Report Abuse & Takedown Requests

xMode.ai does not allow content that violates our Terms of Use or the law. If you come across content created with or published on xMode.ai that you believe is illegal, harmful, or uses your image without permission, please report it to us. We review every report we receive.

You do not need an xMode.ai account to submit a report.

1. How to Submit a Report

Send your report by email to report@xmode.ai and include:

• Your contact information (name and email address). This is optional — see Anonymous Reports below.
• A description of the content and where you found it: a direct URL, username, or any other detail that helps us locate it.
• The reason you are reporting it.
• For copyright or trademark claims: identification of the protected work and confirmation that you own the rights or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner. Formal copyright notices are handled under our DMCA Policy.
• A statement that the information in your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2. What Happens Next

• We acknowledge your report within 2 business days.
• We aim to resolve standard reports within 7 business days.
• Reports involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery are prioritized and triaged within 24 hours.
• Depending on the outcome, we may remove the content, restrict access to it, suspend or terminate the responsible account, and report the matter to law enforcement where appropriate.
• We may contact you if we need more information to complete the review.

3. Types of Reports We Handle

• Content that depicts or appears to depict minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated or digitally altered images.
• Use of your face, likeness, or photos without your consent.
• Copyright or trademark infringement.
• Harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Fraud, impersonation, or identity theft.
• Any other violation of our Terms of Use.

4. Content Involving Minors

xMode.ai has zero tolerance for any content that depicts or appears to depict a person under 18 years of age. Such content is removed immediately, the responsible account is permanently terminated, and the case is reported to law enforcement and other competent authorities.

5. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

If intimate or sexual content depicts you without your consent — including content created or altered with AI — report it to report@xmode.ai. In your report, include a link to or description of the content and confirm that you are the person depicted or are authorized to act on their behalf.

These reports are handled with priority. We may remove the content and restrict the related account while the review is still in progress.

6. Anonymous Reports

You can submit a report without identifying yourself. Please note that without contact details we will not be able to follow up with questions or let you know the outcome.

7. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, email report@xmode.ai with the email address of your account and an explanation. Appeals are reviewed manually. Decisions involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery are final.
